You must upload your referee reports through the form included in this page.

All fields of the form must be completed because they are indispensable for the treatment of your report. Please use a copy of the mail you have received from e-JEMED when you fill specific fields of this form:

  • the referee password;
  • the submission number of the corresponding article;
  • the round of the refereeing process (first report or report after revision);

Your name and e-mail address are necessary for the treatment of this form but they will not be visible on the web (your report is fully anonymous).

Two reports are necessary for the refereeing process:

  1. the candid evaluation of the article. This small report must be uploaded through filling the above textbox, and it will be sent by mail to the editors;
  2. the report for the author(s). Two formats are accepted for this report and they will be stored on the server and put online for the authors.

You can upload two kinds of reports for the authors:

  • Simple reports in ASCII: just fill the following form through copy/paste from an ASCII editor like Notepad for Windows or Teachtext for Apple (insert <p> at the beginning of each paragraph);
  • Fancy reports in binary form (Word/WordPerfect files or TeX files with figures that must be zipped with the text file): use the Browse button to choose the file. Please choose the file path for the report file, it will be uploaded when you push the Submit button.

All binary files will be cleaned and converted to Acrobat before they are put online for the authors.

E-mail addresses and names of the referees will only be used for double-checking the origin of this information and will naturally not be sent to authors.

Please give your candid evaluation in this very small report (4-5 sentences):

  • The conformity of the article with the aims and scope of e-JEMED;
  • Originality and the scientific quality of the paper.

This report will only be mailed to the editors.
You can separate paragraphs by typing "\n" at the end of each paragraph.
(8-a) Simple report for the author(s):

This detailed report will be made available online for the authors. You can directly type your simple report in the following box or upload a report file using the last form.

Please begin each paragraph of your simple report by the following tag: <p> (just type inferior (<), p, superior (>))

Otherwise all paragraphs will be shown in a unique row and your report will be difficult to read.
